So, this article we will devote to how to dopancakes with caviar. To prepare this amazing and delicious dish, you will need the following set of ingredients (the proportions you can change according to the situation):

250grams of flour, butter for lubrication, 3 eggs, salt to taste, 500 milliliters of milk, 50 milliliters of sunflower oil for frying, 50grams of sugar, 200 grams of caviar.

To start, you need to put milk on a smallfire and slightly warm. While it is heated, whisk in the blender eggs with salt and sugar, in this mixture, pour in the milk, continue to whisk. We add flour - it is better to sift it, so that there are no lumps. Stir thoroughly the resulting dough. Add to this homogeneous consistency 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil - this is necessary so that the pancakes are not burned. Allow the dough to stand for 15 minutes. In the refrigerator, do not put.

Then fry thin pancakes - the size offrying pan. Carefully turn over so they do not tear. We put them together on a plate. We calculated that the test for our recipe is enough for about 10 pancakes.

If you want to cook more delicate pancakeswith caviar, then you can use the following recipe: mix half a liter of water with half a liter of fresh milk, add sugar to taste, salt in the amount of 1 teaspoon, drive into the mixture three eggs, add 400 grams of flour to the mixture. 100 grams of caviar and a little green onions will be enough for the filling.

There is another way how to cook pancakes withcaviar. You need to start baking pancakes by the principle of the first recipes. The difference lies in the filling. Finely chop 3 pieces of olives, lettuce, greens. Mix these vegetables with 40 grams of caviar, you can black or red, add to each pancake in a spoonful of this mixture.

You can make such pancakes with caviar onbased yeast dough. In this case, you need 5 glasses of flour, 1 liter of milk, 100 grams of cream, 25 grams of yeast, 2 eggs, salt, sugar to taste. Pancakes will be more plump.

You can make pancakes with caviar in the formrolls. To do this, you must first bake pancakes, then put the caviar inside the pancake with a thin strip, roll with a tube. Warm up, and then cut into several thin rolls. Very tasty and beautiful.
