Crochet hook for beginners
What is needed to start?
Knitting on the fork is one of the easiest ways to knit, for which you only need two items: a fork and a hook. Also in the creation of knitted products need threads, diagrams and a detailed master class.
A fork is a metal rod, curved in the form of a hairpin. Sizes and type of plugs may vary. The main criterion for this is the type of yarn and the thickness of the threads. As for the hook, it must be purchased based on the type of yarn used.
How to choose the necessary set
Crochet on a fork does not need certain knowledge. You can read the most important information for beginners. You can attend a master class in which you will not only be introduced to the basics of fork knitting, but will also help you to make out the schemes. The basis of this method of needlework is the creation of bands, which subsequently serve as the main material for the formation of the finished product.The bands thus tied allow to receive as a result light and soft things. A master class for beginners in this type of knitting will be presented below.
- two knitting needles;
- two strips connecting the spokes with holes for them.
In order to get a finished strip of yarn, you also need a hook. As already mentioned, this tool should match the yarn. Crochet loops, and then the pattern itself.
And, of course, you will need yarn. Preference should be given only to quality material. After all, this type of needlework in the lace of the finished product reveals the full structure of the thread with all its modulations.
Usually for beginners it is recommended to use a set that includes:
- plug 5 cm;
- hook number 3;
- 100 gr. acrylic yarn;
The following workshop will help the beginner in creating basebands. It is worth noting immediately that the loops on the plug will have to be counted several times. And for more comfortable knitting, finished loops should not be immediately assembled into a pattern. At the same time, existing schemes for beginning needlewomen are quite simple. This will allow in a short time to master the basics of all technology.
The first tracery strip can be made by taking the main tool in the left hand, and knitting the first loop from the yarn on it with a hook in the right hand. To do this, lay the thread around the right knitting needle from front to back, holding the base loop with your left hand. Subsequently, the tape will also have to adhere to it in this way. Using a hook, pick up the working thread and thread it through the received air loop. After that, you need to place it in the middle of the spokes and move it back. Meanwhile, with your right hand you need to turn the plug from right to left to form a loop of working thread around the right knitting needle.At the same time, the hook is inserted into the front wall of the resulting loop from bottom to top. We need to grab a working thread to form a loop. This procedure must be performed twice in order to knit two resulting loops.
The next step, which dictates this master class for beginners, involves the formation of the second loop. To do this, hold the additional tool between the spokes, turn them to the left and knit 1 column b / n from the left front loop. In this sequence, you will need to knit loops on the plug to the brim. Then you can remove the finished part of the tape. For beginners, it will be easier to implement such a procedure using simple forks. Holding the band of the band with your left hand, without any unnecessary manipulations, you can easily remove the crocheted piece through the top through the top.
Lesson two. We knit a half-doblik
To create a semi-column on the plug, we offer the following instruction for beginners. As in the previous case, it is worth stocking up with a fork, yarn and crochet.Schemes and photos are attached.
Initially, it is worth tying the air loop. To do this, place the plug in your left hand, and take the hook with your right hand. To get the first loop, you need to hook, with a thread of yarn fixed on it, to make a movement back behind the main tool. After that, with its help it is necessary to seize the working thread on the front of the fork. Once a loop is formed, it is worth freeing.
The creation of the next loop begins with the fact that the auxiliary tool must be re-threaded into the loop, only from the back of the knitting tool. Now it is worth turning it from right to left until it appears from the front of the plug. The action is completed by wrapping the right knitting needle with a working thread until a loop is formed on it.
Subsequent loops are knitted according to the principle of the same scheme. That is, using a hook, it is necessary to stretch the working thread through the base (working) loop, turning the fork and completing the action by creating a loop on the spoke. Such a master class can be used for knitting strips of various lengths.
